In-House vs Outsourcing
 - An employee's actual cost is approximately 2 to 2.5 times their salary.
 - Full time employees are paid an hourly rate to attend the office for a certain of amount of hours per day.
 - eScribe charges for actual productivity only either by an hourly rate, audio minute or per page – depending on the nature of the transcription and client preference.
 - Temp agencies charge a minimum of 4 hours, eScribe has no minimum charges.
